Kinda Life and Death Here...

The SILENT killer is stress. I know me myself, I make a MOUNTAIN out of a mole hill in a second. That can be seen one of two ways, or both. I'll touch that later. What are things that cause you STRESS??? Rather positive or negative...try to think a bit.There are two types of stress, let me remind us all; stress can be good (eustress) and life GIVING or bad (distress) and LIFE draining. Our body CHEMISTRY reacts to this. Not enough, you could lack AMBITION too much and, you can become overly ambitious. Watch yourselves ladies and gentlemen. My advice...keep a list of things (kinda like a pro/con list you make when you're on the verge of BREAKING UP) that trigger your stress REACTIONS so you can control what impacts you and how. I believe it's possible to be completely unfazed by some things and completely pour your soul into OTHERS. It all depends on the LENS we use to perceive our life experiences. In any case, we are faced with challenges. Our LONGEVITY is determined by the way we handle these obstacles we may face rather it's in or out of our hands, our minds are the filters and our very ESSENCE depends on what the mind provides. I'm learning to make every NEGATIVE into a positive learning experience by taking more from it than I'm giving it. Does that make one an opportunist or someone always looking for personal gain? YES. It's a matter of putting more ENERGY into what you want to happen and LESS energy into what you don't want to happen. So, I leave you with this, treat your body as a LUXE chemistry lab where you must mix your potions carefully to stay balanced and not EXPLODE. XO
